Your breakfast may also include yogurt and granola. Add fresh berries to yoghourt . What might be more tasty and healthy?

It may take you more time but anyway alternate your meals. Next time you may cook fresh fruit salad. Oranges, berries, bananas, grapes, cherries, pineapple are fine. Dress it with lemon juice.

Don’t be lazy to prepare shakes. For example, you may try to make mango shake. You need 1 cup of yogurt, 1 mango, 1 tablespoon sugar and you also may add mint leaf. Blend all the ingredients except mint leaf that should be added at the end. Here we are. Delicious and healthy shake.
